As Meteoğlu & Özkan Attorney Partnership, we have met with the companies located in the Entertech Istanbul Teknokent with the workshop titled “Contract and Dispute Management”.
Our firm’s partners Mr. Bora Meteoğlu and Mr. Yusuf İslam Özkan had participated in the workshop as instructors which was held at the campus of Entertech Istanbul Teknokent at the date of 10th of August 2022. In the workshop held, the participants had the opportunity to be informed on the following matters: (a) points to consider when drafting contracts, (b) the negotiation of contracts, (c) contract management and implementation after the signing, (d) the choice of law, jurisdiction agreement and arbitration agreement, (e) preparation stage before the dispute, (f) mediation in commercial disputes and (g) dispute resolution and execution of the judgement.
