This Recruitment Privacy Notice is prepared within the scope of Meteoğlu & Özkan Attorney Partnership’s obligation to inform the job applicants with regards to the principles of collecting, retaining, transferring, categorizing or in any other means processing any information concerning an identified or an identifiable real person (“Personal Data”) shared with Meteoğlu & Özkan Attorney Partnership for the purpose of employment pursuant to the legislation on the protection of the personal data, primarily The Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698 (“LPPD”), relevant secondary legislation and the decisions of the Personal Data Protection Authority.

Meteoğlu & Özkan Attorney Partnership reserves the right to update this Recruitment Privacy Notice at any time. The updated provisions of the Recruitment Privacy Notice will be immediately entering into force at the date they are published.

Procedure of Collection of Personal Data

In accordance with the principles on the processing of Personal Data regulated under the Article 4 of the LPPD, Meteoğlu & Özkan Attorney Partnership collects the Personal Data of its prospective team members (i) via online job application forms, its attachments and specified means of electronic communication contained in this website, (ii) verbally or in writing during the job interviews, (iii) through surveillance cameras when they visit its office and (iv) from publicly available sources.

Meteoğlu & Özkan Attorney Partnership is taking necessary measures with respect to the collected Personal Data both in technical and administrative aspects.

Job applicants are suggested to inform and obtain the express consent of the third parties in case the Personal Data of the third parties are shared with Meteoğlu & Özkan Attorney Partnership as part of their recruitment processes for the purposes such as providing emergency contact or referees.
